Caitlin Williams

DIRECTOR OF WORKPLACE SERVICES, DIGITISATION & DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

Caitlin has over seven years workplace services experience, from analysing findings from workplace utilisation studies, cultural audits, occupancy planning, relocation management, extensive furniture procurement experience and major document management and digitisation projects.

Caitlin has been involved in leading workplace projects in both the public and private sector in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

George Pozydajew

SENIOR WORKPLACE SPECIALIST AND PROGRAM MANAGER

George joined WSA bringing with him over twenty years experience in workplace services, especially around workplace strategy, change management, workplace design, project management and office relocations.

Having managed over 45,000m2 of office space across the Melbourne CBD and fringes for over twenty years, George has forgotten more than there is to know about workplace in Australia.

Leading workplace reform when “hot desking” was truly that, to the advent of Activity Based Working (ABW), Agile Working and now Hybrid Working, there is not much George has not seen.

His experience reveals that George also truly understands the need for the built environment and the technology solutions having to be coupled together.

Bligh Williams

DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PROJECTS AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

In late 2023 Bligh moved into his current position as the Director of Strategic Projects and Corporate Governance.

Bligh works with the current and potential clients of WSA to provide the framework for the delivery of once in a lifetime projects such as generational workplace change in location, work practices and workplace culture.

He also coordinates the logistic planning behind the strategic projects in regards to document management specifically for records of heritage significance and significant Sovereign knowledge.

Lastly, Bligh has adopted the role of Corporate Governance at WSA to assist in ensuring WSA is the best corporate citizen it can be and drive process improvement into the business.
